      Great job, my friend. #3 is the symbol from Millennium, but it appeared first on another Chris Carter series. Otherwise, all your identifications are correct!

  3. 3 and 4 are both from "The X-Files" episode "Never Again." Number 3 is Scully's tattoo and Number 4 is the tattoo voiced by Jodie Foster.
