      #7 is indeed the Animaniacs (and their home base, the Warner Bros. tower...), but #4 is not Scooby Doo. A good guess, and you're in the right ball-park for sure!

  4. 9 is Millenniun, "Thirteen Years Later..." The guy next to the boom mike is the one who plays "Frank Black". Sneaky shot but for people who know Millennium well, it was sort of easy to figure out.
