DeleteI think 7 is the newsreader from the Filmation series Bravestarr, but if the character has a name it is not coming to me (if I ever knew it).
ReplyDelete13 is Will Harangue, a parody Bill O'Reilly (or J Jonah Jameson or Jack Ryder) type character who popped-up throughout some of the Ben 10 series, like Omniverse and Ultimate Alien.
