I actually own the "Alien Attack" VHS in the box shown on the bottom. Awesome cover, and I heard they were pulled from shelves shortly after release due to licensing issues. I was lucky enough to buy it from a small-time video store ages ago, and it's still in good condition.
ReplyDeleteI think those films have great poster artwork. Destination Moonbase Alpha works the best as a film because really it's just the two-parter "Bringers of Wonder", so it works fine as a film (though the opening introduction is unfortunate). Alien Attack had the goofy Earth-based scenes that were filmed just for its release, and it also had a very unfortunate opening intro, though the opening music is actually a pretty awesome library track.

Sybil worn in the series and it was great she was
