Good guesses all!
ReplyDeleteNene -- right down the line, you nailed 'em all!!!!
Mateo -- good guesses too. The one you thought of as Hell House was actually Rod Serling's Night Gallery!
Nice work!

Nice tip of the hat to an actor who's missed on the small screen. Another choice might have been his quick little cameo from an alternate timeline on an episode of 'Quantum Leap'. (Maybe the voice of the android in a 'Kolchak' episode wouldn't count since it wasn't Roddy's face.)
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting these memories of his cult tv work....
Ack, beat me to it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this great feature. McDowall was one of my favorite "cult" actors growing up, and this was cemented for me by his appearances in Planet of the Apes and Legend of Hell House. Thanks for reminding fans of his work.
ReplyDeleteSweet! Roddy was the master.
ReplyDeleteNo Bon Chance ?

ReplyDeleteI couldn't find a good photograph of Bon Chance Louie to go with the others, alas!
best,
