Wow...that theme music sounds so familiar yet I can't quite place it. I know it's intended to be a sort of Star Wars-type fanfare but I've heard that melody before!
ReplyDeleteIt just came to me...the main theme for the Flash Gordon cartoon is the same theme as the Robert Redford movie "The Natural". Go to about the 2:25 minute mark to hear what I mean. Flash Gordon was on TV in 1979 and The Natural was 1984 and both had different composers but that fanfare is the same!!!
