I never knew that JP3 was 82 minutes. Wow! That's shorter than early 80's slashers. But you are right, JP4 should be lean and mean, la violencia! But...to attract the family demographic and therefore the largest box office draw, it will most likely have some cutesie kids and a familial backstory. I just have no faith in big studio productions.
