Maybe the toy isn't cool enough for Hasbro (the owner of Parker Brothers) to bring back, nor for marvel to publish as a title (you know how Marvel is these days...)
Poor ROM. Caught in copyright Hell. Even Rocket Raccoon is back as Marvel goes retro-crazy; but ROM's got to remain in the dustbin of comic history.
