If I failed to include any movie/cult-tv luminaries in this list I culled from the blog in 2012, I apologize wholeheartedly for the oversight. No slight or insult is intended.
Nice tribute--I'm especially glad you included the great RG Armstrong. I had expected you to include Ray Bradbury and maybe Nicol Williamson (Merlin in _Excalibur_, Little John to Sean Connery's aged hero in _Robin & Marian_, and an oft-forgotten but very introspective _Hamlet_). I wondered if you would include Andy Griffith (if just for _Salvage 1_), and I'll add my own gratitude for Mary Tamm (the first Romana on _Doctor Who_) here. May they all Rest in Peace.
ReplyDeleteMary Tamm passed on? Oh no! I'll miss them all, now.
ReplyDeleteMichael Clarke Duncan's death hit me hardest, especially since he started out late in life as an actor with The Green Mile-I though that he was going to go on for a while! Again, I'l miss them all, and hope that things are better where they are.
