Poor ROM. Caught in copyright Hell. Even Rocket Raccoon is back as Marvel goes retro-crazy; but ROM's got to remain in the dustbin of comic history.

Maybe the toy isn't cool enough for Hasbro (the owner of Parker Brothers) to bring back, nor for marvel to publish as a title (you know how Marvel is these days...)

ReplyDeleteSo, ROM is back, but not from Marvel. IDW has the rights. And they are doing a shared universe with some other former Marvel properties - GI Joe, Transformers and MASK.
