The cast is uniformly terrific....Excellent review.<br /><br />The cast is uniformly terrific. I love the dreamlike scene where Kirk is trying to get that gent to acknowledge that a starfleet uniform is out-of-place. It's great. And the viewer realizes then that this 'world' is off-kilter.<br /><br />The visual stylings are superb, and they and the settings helped make the episode memorable. By the way, it would have been cheaper to shoot on the backlot, but it would have looked like a traditional western. Designer Matt Jefferies and his crew came up with something that looked like it came from a dream.
