The haunting room with unsuccesful clones is one of the best scenes in Alien franchise. It is also a fun movie, if you can say so, maybe this is the dark humor aspect of it. The bad: the stupid idea of genetic memory, wasn't believable even in 1997. The final hybrid alien looks and acts stupid. Maybe they should have retained the grotesque genitals of the original design.

-T.S.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12380553.post-35064359284773406762017-05-16T14:13:33.538-04:002017-05-16T14:13:33.538-04:00John, perfect review of Alien Resurrection. You ar...John, perfect review of Alien Resurrection. You are right about it being the first film of a potential new trilogy that just could not finds it's way. The dvd deleted scene at the end with Ripley and Call actually on Earth near Paris in ruins made me want to see more.

SGB SGBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07137406272001346149noreply@blogger.com
