It's fun to pretend that Lars von Triers' dour and chilling "Medea" is a direct sequel to "Jason and the Argonauts", well, "fun" in an Uncle Fester kind of way. Too bad Lars wasn't chosen to direct "Wrath of the Titans"...

I would also love to see what ovn Trier would do with Wrath of the Titans. His last several films have been absolutely bracing...and extraordinary. He's rapidly becoming one of my favorite filmmakers, I must admit...
